These Terms explain the rules for using Requirement Fixer. By using the website, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Service Description

Requirement Fixer provides browser-based tools for common upload requirements, including photo compression, signature resizing, passport-style photo sizing, visa-style photo sizing, PDF creation from images, image-to-JPG conversion, social image resizing, and app store asset checking.

The tools are intended to help you prepare files for portals, forms, applications, profiles, and app store workflows. They are convenience tools, not official validation systems.

Browser-Based Processing

The core tools run locally in your browser. The site does not require an account and does not intentionally upload your selected files to a Requirement Fixer backend server. Your browser handles the selected files, previews, conversions, size checks, and downloads.

No Guarantee Of Acceptance

Every upload portal can have its own rules. A portal may check file size, dimensions, format, DPI, color profile, face position, background, document content, image quality, metadata, naming rules, or other requirements. Requirement Fixer cannot guarantee that any output file will be accepted by any exam portal, government portal, job site, travel authority, social platform, app store, or business system.

You must compare the final output against the official instructions from the platform where you plan to upload it.

File Quality And Format Changes

Some tools reduce file size by resizing dimensions, converting formats, flattening transparency, or lowering JPG quality. This can change visual quality, remove transparency, alter metadata, or make small text less readable. Review the preview and downloaded output before submitting it anywhere important.

JPG does not support transparency. If a transparent image is converted to JPG, transparent areas may be placed on a background color. Existing PDFs are size-checked in the browser; full recompression of arbitrary existing PDF structure is not part of this static browser version.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for choosing files, checking outputs, following official requirements, keeping backups of original files, and deciding whether the result is suitable for your use. Do not rely on the site as your only copy of an important file.

You are also responsible for making sure you have the right to process, modify, convert, or submit any file you use with the tools.

Prohibited Use

You must not use the site to break laws, violate someone else's rights, distribute malware, bypass security controls, impersonate others, submit fraudulent documents, overload the service, probe or attack the website, or interfere with other users' access.

Intellectual Property

The website design, code, branding, text, and interface belong to the site operator or its licensors. You may use the website through your browser for normal personal or business file-preparation tasks. You may not copy, resell, misrepresent, or use the site branding in a way that suggests endorsement.

You keep whatever rights you already have in files you select in your browser. Using the site does not transfer ownership of your files to us.
