Requirement Fixer is designed as a browser-first file utility. The core tools run locally in your browser, and the site does not require accounts, logins, or server-side file uploads.

Summary

We do not ask you to create an account. We do not intentionally collect your uploaded photos, signatures, PDFs, or generated output files. We do not sell personal information. We do not include ads in this launch version.

Files You Select

When you choose an image or PDF, the file is read by JavaScript in your own browser so the tool can create previews, resize images, convert formats, generate output files, and show size checks. These selected files are not intentionally uploaded to a Requirement Fixer backend server.

Generated previews and downloads may use temporary browser object URLs and browser memory. These are local to your browser session and are cleared when you reset the tool, leave the page, refresh the page, or close the tab, depending on browser behavior.

PDF Tools

The PDF tool can create a compressed PDF from image uploads and can check whether an existing PDF is already below a target size. The browser version does not safely rewrite arbitrary existing PDF internals on a server.

Information We May Receive

Because the website must be delivered over the internet, the hosting provider may process normal technical request data such as IP address, requested URL, user agent, referrer, timestamps, and security events. This is part of serving and protecting the website.

If privacy-respecting analytics are enabled, analytics may show aggregated information such as page views, popular pages, country or region, browser type, device type, and referring sites. Analytics should not receive the files you select in the tools.

Contact By Email

If you manually email us, we receive the email address you used and the contents of your message. We use that information to respond to support requests, bug reports, feature requests, abuse reports, and legal or privacy questions.

Please do not send sensitive identity documents, private photos, financial documents, government IDs, medical information, passwords, or other confidential files unless we specifically ask for a safe test sample.

Cookies And Local Storage

The core tools do not require cookies, accounts, or browser sign-in. The current tool code does not use browser local storage to keep your files. If optional analytics or future monetization features are added later, cookie or consent behavior may change and this policy should be updated.

Third-Party Services

The site may be hosted by a third-party hosting/CDN provider such as Cloudflare Pages. Their systems may process technical request data to deliver the site, prevent abuse, improve performance, and provide security. If analytics are enabled through the hosting provider, their privacy terms may also apply.

Data Retention

Files processed in the browser are not stored by us. Email messages may be kept as long as needed to respond, maintain records, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. Hosting and analytics providers may keep technical logs according to their own retention practices.

Children

The site is a general-purpose utility and is not directed to children. If a child uses the site, a parent or guardian should supervise their use and ensure they do not share sensitive files or personal information by email.

Security

We use a static-site design and browser-local processing to reduce the amount of data sent to us. No website can be guaranteed completely secure. You should avoid processing or emailing highly sensitive files unless you understand the risks.

Your Choices

You can use the tools without creating an account. You can close the page or reset the tool to clear the current browser-side preview/output state. You can choose not to email us. You can also use browser privacy controls, content blockers, or analytics opt-out tools where available.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the website, hosting setup, analytics, monetization, or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
